Tom Lamia operated a masonry construction corporation for well over thirty years. His career as a builder offered interaction with cultures from all over the world. His experiences, and his work environment allowed him to discover brilliant stories and find a common theme within in his crew. “The language of respect transcends the language barrier 100 percent of the time.”
